中国大众酷享北斗《华夏会客厅》文化•科技提升工程，是中国大众文化网站、北斗科技·SQ-T·QXB∰YLC大数据检测中心潜心打造的文化•科技创新的综合门户平台。

时值十四五开局之年，中国大众酷享北斗《华夏会客厅》文化•科技提升工程中国大众文化网站，将围绕文化•科技创新为导向，以《华夏会客厅》为纽带，联合中国中文电视台《文化中国》栏目艺品重器及大湾区中心（深圳）《华夏会客厅》、海南自由贸易港（海口）《华夏会客厅》，整合各（省属）《华夏会客厅》文化•科技优质资源导入市场前沿平台，用足文化政策、布局文化•科技产业系统成果转化，充分发挥《华夏会客厅》驾驭网媒优势、5G通道、区块链平台，赋能会客厅承载的优质文化•科技创新成果服务于社会，形成线上声影并茂、线下华彩纷呈的“会客厅”文化新生态。

2021年陆续启动的项目板块围绕：

一、部署建党百年“红色经典”公益拍落地大湾区深圳及海南会客厅平台。有关红色经典文物文献的征集已初具规模，系列化内容的丰富征集还在进行中。有关红色经典文化的确真、确权、确值甄别工作亦在同时进行。

二、盘活社会文物艺术品文化经济价值，由“中国大众酷享北斗科技文化提升工程SQ-T·QXB∰YLC大数据检测中心”从保护文物，促进流动，降低流通成本的角度，先期针对被征集文物，通过藏家自荐图片（多维）着手初审遴选。在样本被初步确认后，列为待选资源通过对实物甄别确真后，采取平台托管和藏友在家自管的认同方式，本着最大限度降低双向流动成本和避免损失为原则，通过协议程序建立物权转移的法定关系，改善盲目物流损失，固化约定时限内双向须承担的法定义务和责任。

三、启动“中国大众酷享北斗文化科技提升工程SQ-T·大数据检测中心”面向社会进行科技转化服务。

四、启动以大湾区深圳、海南经济贸易自由港海口为市场端。沟通“中国大众酷享北斗科技•文化提升工程《华夏会客厅》”与省地级连锁孵化的项目落地。

五、启动生物.中医药.大数据健康管理系统植入《会客厅》项目同步落地。

六、中国大众酷享北斗科技·文化提升工程《华夏会客厅》线上陈列馆等一系列文献、纪录、栏目、论坛、科技成果转化板块，将按时讯宣发、即时上线排播，追求高效丰富平台内容。

七、《会客厅》栏目将于北京时间2021年4月16日上午9点正式上线发布公告。
